Dylan Yeap

Dylan is a qualified advocate and solicitor in Malaysia where he was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2019. Prior to admission, Dylan graduated with a Law Degree (LLB Hons) from the University of Liverpool in 2016.

Throughout his practice, he has gained a wealth of experience in both civil and criminal litigation matters. For civil matters, he has dealt with debt recovery, contractual disputes, employment disputes, fraudulent land transfer, defamation, shareholders’ and corporate disputes, judicial review application and so on. For criminal, he’s dealt with cases involving dangerous drugs, anti-money laundering, criminal intimidation, cheating, capital market offences and so on.

Dylan is preparing to sit for the solicitors qualifyieng exam (SQE) and be qualified as a solicitor in the UK.
